√ Fermented oil bean 

√ Unsweetened yoghurts.

Steps on how to prepare libiboost.

• Soak the dates and almond nuts in water overnight

• Remove the apple skin.

• Chop the bananas and apples into tiny pieces for easier grinding.

• Mix all the products together in a plate; the chopped bananas and apples, the dates and almond nuts previously soaked, add the honey and skimmed milk.

• Get an electric blender, it's the perfect grinder for this purpose. 

• Blend the mixture and scoop out. add little water to aid blending. When done,  scoop out. Your libiboost is ready. Refrigerate to preserve it.

• Take them morning and night and see what happens.

The other products remaining on the list would be prepared separately, let's get down to it at once!

• Chop your pumpkin leaves; darker green ones would be preferable. Wash with moderate salt and keep in a sieve.

• Boil your Iced fish for 7-10 minutes on minimal heat, add salt and 1/2 knor cube to taste. After boiling, please de-bone the fish to avoid being chocked by bones while eating.

• If you're using roasted fish, still de-bone. Make sure the fish takes in all the water while being boiled; because of this, use small quantity of water to boil. Watch closely to avoid getting burnt. 

• Get the oil bean ready, pour inside a plate and cut some onions inside the same plate.

• Pre heat your clean cooking pot, then add some palm oil, heat for about 1-2 minutes, add the onion-oil bean mixture and stir for 3 minutes, add the washed pumpkin leaves followed by the fish, add salt and 1/2 knor cube to taste.

• Please do not add water, the water from the vegetable (pumpkin leaves) would be enough.

• Cook for additional 5 minutes. It's done

• Serve this with unsweetened yoghurt and enjoy.

My infant of 6 months and above doesn't take infant formulas, what should I do



Infants refusing babies foods can be so disappointing to the mothers but what can we do? Forcing them is definitely not the solutions. Do you know it could be a disappointment turned blessing? How do I mean? Just continue reading, you'll surely thank me later.

Some infants prefer eating home made foods; that is foods prepared at home to taking some cereals and other formula specially manufactured and supplemeted for them, that is just how they are, it shouldn't hurt you so much, just be a good mum and play along.

Feeding infants with foods that other family members eat could be so difficult and demanding because you would need to be careful selecting foods for them, because their immunities are not so built yet, consuming what any other adults  consumes might be detrimental to their healths. There are some tips on how to carefully select their meals alongside other family members meals without much stress.

• Firstly; before selecting a meal to cook for the whole family, look for meals that would contain vegetables, green leafy vegetables are easily digestible and contains vitamins and minerals which is good for the baby and everyone too. Examples of such foods are yam and vegetables, in this case, cook the yam to be soft, this will aid in meshing it for your baby.

• Cook meals that would contain palm oil and easily mesh able, palm oil contains vitamin A in high quantity, this will help in building the baby's immunity and also for maintaining proper vision. Foods like this could be pottage beans, add enough palm oil and animal protein; Crayfish could substitute fish. Wash the crayfish thoroughly before adding and pound it thoroughly too to avoid having their skeletons piercing into the baby's oesophagus while eating, that could be dangerous for a baby. If you're using fish, try as much as possible to de-bone, then mesh a little before adding to the food.

• Avoid too many spices while preparing  meals that the baby will partake in, moderation is the key,  be moderate when adding salts and other spices.

• Use the safest cooking method to prepare your infant's food, the other family members might be having the same foods but would be prepared differently; For instance, if you're to have fried plantain and beans for dinner, bring out some plantain and cook them for the baby, do not give him fried plantain yet, it is not easily digestible. Cook one will be preferable.

• As the child progresses in age, you can introduce some home made finger foods too; finger foods in this context are some snacks like chin-chin, pea nuts, donut, cakes and so on, while doing these, try reducing the quantity of sugar added in the them, you could even substitute sugars with other natural sweeteners example; Dates.

• In all of these, do not forget to give them water as much as possible, their bodies need them.

• Finally, I talked about a disappointment being a blessing at the beginning of this write up. Let me explain why; Some infant formulas are not what they are portrayed to be, some nutrition information on some of these formulas are formulated, some contains supplements that are not necessarily needed, some may be harmful to the infants, again, that beautiful infant might be trying to save Mummy and Daddy some money, they probably don't like wastages and that's their perfect ways of saying that. • Insoluble fibres, they are difficult to digest. Example is fibres found in cassava flakes

• Pineapples

• Carbonated drinks

Avoiding those is a good start for getting better but how long is one going to continue avoiding his favourite meals because of ulcer?

Now what are the things we should do to get rid of these ulcers. Here are some useful  tips.

√ Chew up to 5 leaves of lettuce in the morning after you wake up and in the night before going to bed.

√ Substitute honey for sugar, take a spoonful of honey at least once in a day, it helps to heal the wounds in the stomach.

√ Fruits are good too but the problem with most of them in relative to ulcer is their high ascorbic acid content, while choosing the fruits to eat, you'll have to go for the ones with lower ascorbic acid content examples are apple without skin, green or red grape, dates.

√ Increase your consumptions of soluble fibres, they are mostly found in green leafy vegetables, they are found in okro too, these fibres digests easily.

√ Sweet dried almond helps a great deal in ulcer management. Try and increase their consumptions.

Organic cream (100% pure), do it yourself

 Core effects of the organic cream on the skin

• Brightens the skin

√ Things to be used

• Shea butter (pure and undiluted) 6 tablespoonful

• Aloe vera juice (2 tablespoonful)

• Carrot oil (2 tablespoonful)

• Sun flower oil or Rose oil (3 tablespoonful)

• Alvacado oil (2 tablespoonful)

√ How to make the cream

• put the Shea butter in stainless plate and keep inside a boiling water to dissolve

• In another bowl (Plastic), add the oil mix

• Pour the completely dissolved Shea butter inside the oil mix and begin to mix with the electric mixer

• Mix for 5-7 minutes

• Keep in the freezer to refrigerate for 15-20 minutes

• Resume mixing increasing the speed bit by bit from the lowest till  it get to the highest speed

• Continue mixing till you notice the change in the texture, it will start looking like a cream

• Start adding the distilled water bit by bit till you get the desired texture

Have you ever been jilted by the  one you've once loved because of one reason or the other? sweetheart listen carefully, there are many things you could do to make your partners find you attractive and irreplaceable all the time. 

First and foremost; you know what they say about cleanliness? Do something for me, bring a mirror, sit in front of it, what do you see? Do you like what you're seeing or do you think something needs to be changed? Let's start from your hair; do you need to plait a new one or if you're on low cut, is it time to have a new cut? If yes, then put a call across to your hair stylist or barber and inform him or her that you would becoming for a hair do, it will make him or her get prepared to give you the best. Getting the best hairdo doesn't necessary mean spending all your life's savings, you could make something nice with a moderate budget.

When last did you touch that brow? Common sweetheart, rough and unkempt eyebrows make women look dirty and unworthy, get a new blade and do justice to those brows, neatly carved eye brows have a way of making us look beautiful and fashionable. Some people have good brows that they wouldn't need to use any other thing on the brows once they are properly carved. Check your armpits, pubic regions,  shave them properly, I would advise using good deodorants, they help. Avoid bad breadth by brushing  your mouth in the morning when you wake up and night when you're about going to sleep, always rinse your mouth with water after having any meal or snacks. Always have a night bath, it makes one have a peaceful sleep and also wake up fresh  strong, and happy. Give maximum attentions to your private parts while having a bath, your vaginas should be properly washed, it needs to be neat and smell nice always please.

There's something about bathing soaps with nice scents, they make us want to spend more time in the bathing tub, not just that, they give us this feelings of satisfaction after scrubbing. Select good soaps with nice scents, each time you just had a bath and your patner comes close to you, he wouldn't want to leave, soaps made with papaya and carrots can have such effect.

What kind of things do you say whenever you're with your partners? If he likes politics, then try updating yourself with some political happenings around you so you could bring up a topic and trash it over with him, it would give him the impression that he could talk about serious things with you, you can't be always talking about celebrities lifestyles each time you're with him when you know he doesn't have interests in those. 

They said good foods are ways to men heart, talk about food recipes, stylishly let him know about the snacks you could make yourself, if he's the type that likes foods, which is likely, I mean; who doesn't like food, good ones especially? Then try knowing his favourite meal, prepare it yourself and let him have a taste of it, if you can't cook then you should learn, it's worth it, not just for your partner but for yourself too, you could find yourself in a situation where knowing how to cook could help you.

If you visited, try keeping his surroundings clean, do not over do it Darling, moderation is the key. Don't make it hard on yourself, keeping everywhere neat, tidy and sparkling shouldn't cost you much. A tidy environment brings joy and happiness of the mind. Select white bed sheets, white and blue bedsheets have their ways of making you want to lay on that bed and forget about your problems for a while while you dose off!! Know how to use air fresheners, moderate usage of fresheners makes rooms have this sweet sense of freshness all over it. Give it a try.

What did they say about the way we dress again! You'll be addressed the way you dress, know the appropriate dresses to wear for any occasion, you can't be wearing a jumpsuit or trousers and polo for a dinner party and you expect him to be happy with you, common, men like to show their ladies whenever they're properly dressed, do not make him hide from his friends because of your dress, he won't invite you for another event. How to successfully plan your meals


 Meal planning isn't all about just cooking and eating meals, have you really sat down to wonder how you could plan your meals to avoid hindrances along the way. There are many factors one has to consider before planning a meal, sit right back and learn.

• Availability of food products: Before you plan a meal, it is important to know if the ingredients or food products to be used for that meals are available or not, can they be found in the market or are they scarce, some factors like food season and inflation could affect the availability of food products. If these products are not available then preparing that meal wouldn't be possible.

• Accessibility of food products: Some food products even when available in the market may not be accessible, you can hardly get them either because of the increase in the rates of their demand thus resulting in high rates if their prices, when planning a meal for large family with a minimal income, going for such food products would be a bad idea.

• Foods in season: Always consider going for the foods in season because they are always  cheaper, oh yes! You heard me right, look for a Biro and a paper, search for food products and their seasons on the internet, boldly jot them down and paste it right there at one side of your kitchen wall where you could easily see them anytime you wanted.

• Cooking Equipment: Availability of cooking equipment should also be considered. If you wanted to prepare fried rice and grilled chicken but didn't have a grilling machine, it's either you forgo the meal or look for a substitute cooking method to prepare the chicken. It's either you boiled, smoked, or better still fried it.

• Time: Time is a very important factor when planning a meal, how long would it take to prepare the meal, would preparing the meal clash with other schedules of the day, some meals takes a longer period to prepare while others don't, make sure to choose a meal that won't obstruct another event of that day. If you're having visitors and you would prepare a meal for them, you wouldn't want to still be in the kitchen preparing the meals when the visitors had already arrived, it's either you chose a meal that would take shorter time to prepare or you start earlier to prepare it.

Get your ideal figures while still eating your favourite meals!



Have you ever been told to let go of your favourite food, snacks or drink because they were going to make you look fat and ridiculous? How did you feel hearing that, I bet it didn't sit pretty well in your pretty memories. Favourite foods can be be very difficult to forgo, I understand your situation but you see Darling, we're going to talk about that and know how you could still maintain your desirable body sizes and shapes without totally forgoing your favourite foods, and off course with just little sacrifices. How did that sound? Do something for me please, sit down, relax and learn, it's going to be worth it.

Maintaining a desirable body shape and size could be a tedious thing to do but getting the desirable results would make you forget the stress. Foods are anything edible that when eaten satisfies and quenches our hunger, it could be fruits,  vegetables, minimal processed, ultra processed, packaged and so on. Every food was made from a raw product, there's no single food that doesn't contain nutrients in it's natural state, some of these nutrients are lost during the preparations or processing of these raw products.

Food processing could reduce the nutrients found in raw food products and in other to make up for it, some food additives and supplements are introduced, most of these additives and supplements are made in the laboratory by food scientists. 

If your favourite food happens to be one of these ultra processed foods which has a high rate of increasing the body weight and size due to some food additives and supplements contained in them then listen attentively Darling! I am not saying you should totally forgo your favourite, No! I will start by listing what I mean by ultra processed foods, you can identify them using these hints:

• They are mostly packaged in  colorful plastic containers or nylon.

• They are mostly ready-to-eat foods, you open them this minute and they are already in your mouth the next minute, they don't require any other preparation (s) once they are out of their containers.

• Most of them serve more as snacks than as foods 

With the hints above, you should be able to know what I meant when I said ultra-processed foods, now let's continue.

How many times do you have your favourite foods, snacks or drinks in a day, some could have their favourite snacks up to three to four times in a day, some could even have higher or lesser than that, it depends on the level of their addictions to them. Reduction in the number of times one have these snacks per day is surely a good way to start this journey of achieving minimum and adequate body sizes and shapes, yes! I didn't say you shouldn't have it at all, but could you help me reduce the number of times you have them in a day or probably in weeks, could you do that dear? If you're used to having them let's say Five times in every 3 days, could you reduce it to three times? Good! Now let's continue!

Achieving every good thing requires sacrifices you know and having that desirable body shapes and sizes you all are craving for isn't an exception. You'll need to put in efforts to get to your desirable results.

Having talked about the consistencies of having these foods, we would talk about the ways we eat them. How do you usually eat your favourite snacks, what do you like doing while eating them? Do you have a special habit you formed while having not just your favourite meals but every meal in general? I would always want to have my snacks while I watch the television, what about you? Do you enjoy doing that too, if yes then you'll need to slow down Darling! Eating or snacking while watching a television could be very deceitful, you might eat a bowl of popcorn within 7 minutes without even realising it. You could be enjoying your favourite TV shows while eating your meal so all your attention would be on that screen, you wouldn't be able to know the amount of food you might had taken, you could even go for more, it makes you eat more and that is not good for you, you need to achieve that your desirable body shape so please whenever you want to eat, do not go near that TV!! Stay away from it, enjoy your meal first, the TV could come later. 

Another way of moderating the consumption of those foods and snacks that would prevent you from achieving your desirable body shapes and sizes is by making fruits and vegetables your side meals while eating them, fruits and vegetables are very helpful in weight reduction therapies because they contain zero calories. Get used to eating your fruits and vegetables, buy them when they are in seasons, they are always cheaper then. 

Exercise could be very stressful for some people, if you are that type then pay attention to these few tips

• Always try and walk some few kilometers every day even when you don't have a reason to do.

• Strolling helps to expel energy, try and stroll with someone who could keep you company, it would make you stroll for a long time even without knowing, you too could talk about interesting topics.

• If you enter a public transport (buses) always try and stop some kilometers ahead of your bus stops, you could always walk home from there, this would help you walk some distances every day.

If your favourite meal is an energy densed meal or even fatty meals, try not to have them as dinner, do you know why? Don't worry I'll tell you Darling; night meals should be light in other not to overwork our livers, you have your dinner few hours before going to bed, because of this, you won't be able to expel the energy contained in them, in other to save your livers the stress of breaking the nutrients absorbed from the small intestine. Energy and fatty meals are best had as breakfast or lunch when you could still expel the energy before nightfall.

In conclusion, try and see a way to reduce those fatty meals with vegetables and fruits as side dishes, substitute their preparation techniques sometimes, it helps; if you like fried chicken, try roasting it another time, you could even enjoy it more, who knows?
