Having s**x without enjoying it can be frustrating and tiring, it could be as results of many factors which could either be psychological or physical but whichever it is, it's not a good thing for anyone to experience. I so much believe in solving health challenges through natural ways, they work for me and they are safer and easier. In this write up, I would introduce what I call "the libiboost" to you, it contains some natural products that would work for you, don't worry, it's going to be worth reading.
To prepare "the libiboost" we would be needing the following:
√ Moderately ripe bananas (10 fingers)
√ 10 dates
√ 15 sweet dried almond nuts.
√ Red fleshed apples (3 pieces)
√ Skimmed milk (5 tablespoonful)
√ Natural undiluted honey (3 teaspoonful)
√ pumpkin leaves
√ Palm oil
√ Red onions
√ roasted or iced fish
√ Fermented oil bean
√ Unsweetened yoghurts.
Steps on how to prepare libiboost.
• Soak the dates and almond nuts in water overnight
• Remove the apple skin.
• Chop the bananas and apples into tiny pieces for easier grinding.
• Mix all the products together in a plate; the chopped bananas and apples, the dates and almond nuts previously soaked, add the honey and skimmed milk.
• Get an electric blender, it's the perfect grinder for this purpose.
• Blend the mixture and scoop out. add little water to aid blending. When done, scoop out. Your libiboost is ready. Refrigerate to preserve it.
• Take them morning and night and see what happens.
The other products remaining on the list would be prepared separately, let's get down to it at once!
• Chop your pumpkin leaves; darker green ones would be preferable. Wash with moderate salt and keep in a sieve.
• Boil your Iced fish for 7-10 minutes on minimal heat, add salt and 1/2 knor cube to taste. After boiling, please de-bone the fish to avoid being chocked by bones while eating.
• If you're using roasted fish, still de-bone. Make sure the fish takes in all the water while being boiled; because of this, use small quantity of water to boil. Watch closely to avoid getting burnt.
• Get the oil bean ready, pour inside a plate and cut some onions inside the same plate.
• Pre heat your clean cooking pot, then add some palm oil, heat for about 1-2 minutes, add the onion-oil bean mixture and stir for 3 minutes, add the washed pumpkin leaves followed by the fish, add salt and 1/2 knor cube to taste.
• Please do not add water, the water from the vegetable (pumpkin leaves) would be enough.
• Cook for additional 5 minutes. It's done
• Serve this with unsweetened yoghurt and enjoy.
